Job Description CDL – Class A Regional Truck Diver - Home WeeklyMcCordsville, INPay: - Component Pay; Drivers are paid through component pay, based on an amount for each mile driven ($0.62), stops delivered ($27.00/stop), ($35.00/layover per diem), and/or other possible categories. The driver’s compensation will ultimately be based on the driver’s availability and their assigned routes. - $93,000 average annual earning Work/Life Balance Schedule: - Monday - Friday, home every weekend Job Description: - Regional Delivery/OTR - Hands on Freight - Paid orientation and training - Weekly pay Benefits: - Medical, Dental, Vision (after 30 days) - Life Insurance, Disability, Paid Time Off, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, and top-notch equipment - PTO accrual starts day one. - Employee Shares Program Requirements: - Minimum of 12-months verifiable Class A driving experience. - Valid Class A operator's license. - Be a minimum 21 years of age. - Safe driving record.
