Job Title: Accounting Manager Location: Indianapolis, IN - south
side Industry: Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-Time Salary:
$100,000 to $110,000 DOE Key Responsibilities Manage daily
accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable,
accounts receivable, and payroll functions Prepare monthly,
quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes Coordinate with
external auditors during audits and ensure audit readiness Manage
and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional development and
high performance Qualifications Associate degree in Business or a
related field 7 years of progressive accounting experience
Proficiency with accounting software ZRCFS LI-LS1 LI-Hybrid
