HYRBRID Medical, Dental, Vision Generous CTO Tons of Growth Opportunity Job Details Job Details: Our organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our healthcare team. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in the financial planning and analysis of our healthcare division, providing critical financial insights and recommendations to help shape our strategic decisions. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan, and modeling tools. 2. Perform ongoing financial forecasting, annual budgeting processes, operating plan variance analysis, and special projects. 3. Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis, and other projects requested by senior management. 4. Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes. 5. Support the cash flow analysis process, including forecasting and tracking of cash flow positions. 6. Conduct monthly financial reporting including key financial metrics, actual vs budget results, and insightful commentary on variances. 7. Participate in the M&A process, including due diligence and financial modeling. 8. Prepare all financial reporting requirements package on a monthly and quarterly basis. 9. Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives. 10. Provide insights to senior management around financial modeling, forecasts, and profitability. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA preferred. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and planning. Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable. 3. Strong proficiency in financial planning and analysis functions, including annual budget, capital budgeting, long-term strategic planning, and resource allocation. 4. Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis. 5. Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market, and business environments. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial planning software. 7. Excellent communication and leadership skills are mandatory. 8. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. 9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity. 10. Ability to execute and follow-through to completion and documentation. 11.
