Job Title: Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist Location: Lebanon, IN Industry: Construction Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site Company Overview: Our client is a well-established construction company based in Lebanon, Indiana, known for delivering high-quality commercial and industrial projects across the region. With a strong emphasis on teamwork, integrity, and operational excellence, they are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities: Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and employee expense reports. Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents. Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner. Maintain and reconcile vendor accounts; follow up on outstanding items.
