right answers. JGA seeks a Finance and Administrative Coordinator
to manage day-to-day financial operations and support general
office functions. This role is essential in maintaining accurate
financial records, ensuring timely payments and billing, and

approaches as needed. Finance and Administrative Coordinator Job
Description Duties/Responsibilities: Bookkeeping and Financial
Tasks Process accounts payable: receive, review, and pay vendor
bills on time. Generate and send accurate client invoices, track
accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements regularly.
Maintain general ledger entries and assist in preparing financial
reports for management. Coordinate with external accountants as
needed for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. Review
prospect proposal financial terms and budgets. Work in close
partnership with the fractional accountant and CFO firm, inDinero,
for various tasks. Office Management Handle incoming mail,
packages, and office supplies inventory. Serve as the main point of
contact for office vendors and service providers (e.g., cleaning,
maintenance, IT support). Manage onboarding/offboarding tasks for
staff (e.g., keys, equipment, software access). Administrative
Support Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for
financial and administrative records. Respond to client inquiries
about invoices or payments in a professional and timely manner.
Support management in various ad hoc tasks to improve operational
efficiency. Required Skills/Abilities: Proven experience in
bookkeeping, office administration, or a related role. Proficiency
with QuickBooks (or other accounting software) and Microsoft Office
Suite (especially Excel and Outlook). Strong attention to detail
and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, written
and verbal. Sound judgment, critical thinking, and high degree of
emotional intelligence. Ability to act as a representative of JGA
at all times, and therefore maintain the highest standards of the
field of philanthropy, personal discretion, and professional

engagements in strong standing. Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree Three or more years of experience in a
professional services environment (e.g., legal, accounting,
consulting). Familiarity with systems like Bill.com, Quickbooks, or
similar platforms. Physical Requirements: Ability to work
