Job Description Job Description The Tom Wood Group is currently searching for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team onsite in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of financial responsibilities and supportive functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day processes. Salary: $18 to $22 per hour Responsibilities: Daily cash and check deposit. Daily credit card batch posting. Posting of incoming lender/bank funds. Generate monthly customer billing statements. Generate invoices upon customer request. Provide assistance to the account team with general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with team members and other departments to support dealership operations as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in completing tasks. Dependable with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Basic office skills such as filing, printing, and scanning. Familiarity with basic account principles and practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning dealership-specific accounting software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members.
