Location : Indianapolis, IN Pay Rate : $24-$28/hour Employment Type
: Contract-to-Hire Work Arrangement : Onsite Job Summary : Our
client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage
customer accounts and ensure timely collection of payments. This
role involves reconciling accounts, posting payments, and resolving
discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
Responsibilities : Post customer payments and apply to correct
accounts Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies Prepare AR reports
for management Support month-end close activities Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable experience Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP
systems Ability to work onsite and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour Search managed
