Details Job Details: Are you an experienced professional in the
construction industry with a knack for sales and a deep
understanding of commercial roofing? We have an exciting
opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a dynamic,
results-driven individual for a Permanent Sales position in our
Commercial Roofing division. This role will not only challenge your
sales abilities but also your skills in job site management,
operations management, and construction management. The ideal
candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach,
ready to drive sales and ensure the highest level of client
satisfaction. Responsibilities: Drive the sales of commercial
roofing services by identifying potential clients, understanding
their needs, and presenting them with tailored solutions. Lead job
site management, ensuring all operations are carried out smoothly
and efficiently. Oversee construction management, coordinating with
various teams and professionals to deliver high-quality roofing
solutions. Develop and implement effective sales strategies that
align with our business goals. Build and maintain strong
relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with the operations
management team to ensure all projects are completed on time and
within budget. Stay updated on industry trends, market activities,
and competitors, using this information to identify new
opportunities and improve our services. Provide clients with
accurate estimates and quotes, ensuring all costs are transparent
and fair. Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive,
collaborative work environment. Qualifications: 3 years of
experience in sales, specifically within the construction industry.
Proven experience in commercial roofing, with a solid understanding
of various roofing systems and materials. Strong skills in job site
management and construction management. Experience in operations
management, with the ability to oversee multiple projects
simultaneously. Basic roofing knowledge is essential, with the
ability to advise clients on the best solutions for their needs.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to build strong relationships with clients and team
members. Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a proven track
record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work under
pressure and solve problems quickly and effectively. Must be a
motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to
work independently. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management,
