As an HVAC Estimator , you will play a crucial role in their success. Your responsibilities will include evaluating project scopes, analyzing blueprints, conducting material take-offs, preparing cost estimates, and collaborating with their team to ensure timely and accurate bidding. Essential Job Functions: - Evaluate project scopes and develop accurate cost estimates for HVAC installations. - Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to identify materials, labor, and equipment requirements. - Conduct material take-offs to determine the quantities and costs of HVAC components. - Collaborate with our team to ensure accurate and timely bidding on projects. - Maintain organized documentation of all estimates, proposals, and bid information. Skills Needed: - 5 years of HVAC estimating experience. - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and project documents. - Excellent mathematical and analytical skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating project costs. - Proficient in relevant estimating software.
