Professional Land Surveyor Needed Company info: Founded in 2006
Between 85,000-110,000 compensation Small business, close knit

Responsibilities Professional Land Surveyor will be responsible for
reviewing, and stamping all survey work within the Company ranging
from single family dwellings to 100 Acre development parcels, Plan
and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating
efficiency, Participate in the writing of project related scope,
budget, and QAQC, Monitor survey staff to maximize their potential,
Develop and maintain positive client relationships, Serves as
Company representative at all levels of operations, Some field work
required, Other duties as assigned. Required Experience - Education
and Skills A RI Professional Land Surveyor license is a
requirement. A current NCEES record is preferred and ability to
obtain Professional Land Surveyor license in other states is a
plus, Willing to work with RI, MA, NE, OR NY state licensed PLS in
descending order of preference Progressive surveying and management
experience, Associates degree or higher with a concentration in
Surveying a plus, Valid drivers license, • Successful experience in
contract negotiations, budgets, and fee estimates, Experience in
the production of Existing Conditions Field Surveys, Boundary
Surveys and ALTA Mortgage Surveys, Must to eligible to work on
federal and state projects, Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs,
Experience in construction field layout of commercial, industrial,
