Job Title: Traveling Superintendent – Industrial/Commercial Construction Location: Nationwide Travel Employment Type: Full-Time | Travel Required About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to join our team and lead the on-site execution of large-scale Industrial, Commercial, Tilt-Wall, Warehouse, Data Center, and Mission Critical construction projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, ensures safety and quality, and delivers projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, and quality control. Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to maintain schedules and project timelines. Lead project meetings, inspections, and walkthroughs with owners, architects, and engineers. Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications to ensure alignment with project goals. Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies. Track and report daily progress, site conditions, delays, and productivity updates. Collaborate with the Project Manager and support staff to forecast schedules and resolve field issues. Act as the main on-site point of contact for all trades, vendors, and clients. Project Types: Tilt-Wall Industrial Facilities Ground-Up and Expansion Warehouses / Distribution Centers Hyperscale and Colocation Data Centers Mission Critical Infrastructure Projects Commercial / Light Manufacturing Facilities Qualifications: 5 years of superintendent experience in commercial/industrial construction. Like to see candidates with projects valued at $30MIL and above. Proven field leadership on tilt-wall, warehouse, and mission critical projects. Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and safety. Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%) to project sites across the U.S. OSHA 30 certification required: CPR/First Aid a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
