Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead a team of 8–10 maintenance technicians in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role requires strong electrical expertise, leadership ability, and a focus on operational excellence. Responsibilities Supervise, mentor, and coordinate a team of 8–10 maintenance technicians. Ensure safe and efficient maintenance of electrical systems up to 480V. Oversee work on amp cabinets, transfer switches, and Pick system robots. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Provide clear communication and direction to team members and stakeholders. Conduct training and enforce safety standards. Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to meet operational needs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Military tenure, bringing discipline and structured problem-solving skills. Prior supervisory experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment. You will be working in a structured environment with an emphasis on safety and efficiency. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Indianapolis, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $86000.00 - $93000.00/yr.
