We're looking for a Direct Customer Service Representative to join our team — someone who’s passionate about people and ready to raise the bar for customer service. You won’t be cold calling or chasing leads — every customer you speak to has already shown interest in the products and services we represent. Whether they’re existing customers or new inquiries, you’ll be guiding them, supporting them, and making sure their experience is nothing short of exceptional. Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends as needed.
