AnthroMed Education is hiring a full-time Speech-Language
Pathologist to support a predominantly life skills caseload across
K-12 students. This position runs ASAP through the last day of
school (May 22), with a strong opportunity to continue into the
2026-27 school year. This role is split across three schools
(Elementary/Middle/High School), providing meaningful, functional
support to students who need it most. It’s an excellent opportunity
for an SLP who enjoys variety, values life skills work, and is
interested in building lasting relationships within a district.
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Full-Time) Grade Level: K-12 Salary
Range: $55,000-70,000/year (based on qualifications and experience)
Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice,
and fluency disorders to understand their impact on learning.
Develop and implement IEP goals using creative, student-focused
therapy approaches in both individual and group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to
create strategies and accommodations that support student success.
Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and keep clear, timely
documentation. Design service plans that reflect the speech and
language demands of the curriculum and integrate into students’
educational programs. Participate in professional learning and
contribute as a valued member of the school community. Support we
provide our SLPs: Bi-weekly team meetings with other AnthroMed SLPs
to network and problem-solve. Ongoing 1:1 caseload support and
mentorship with our SLP Clinical Support Director. Access to a
robust materials database and annual materials stipend. 100%
reimbursement for ASHA dues and Indiana licensure fees. Frequent

Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or
Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid IPLA SLP Licensure IDOE
School Services License (Active or willing to obtain) Prior
school/pediatric experience preferred, but not required Benefits:
