Your talents, ideas, and passion are essential to our mission: to help people live better, healthier lives.--The Engineering department is responsible for supporting CGMP operations through process engineering, facilities and utilities engineering, calibration, process improvement and automation, packaging, capital projects, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.Maintenance/Facilities is responsible for all facilities operations, maintenance, and calibration of direct and indirect equipment to the manufacturing process, and project management for expansions or remodeling. This department manages facilities planning, construction, and renovation, including primary contact and management of architects, design engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. The Facilities Department is also responsible for managing the facility in a manner that assures uninterrupted cGMP compliance in existing manufacturing areas, as well as the research and process development areas.The Engineering Supervisor will provide day to day oversite of maintenance contractor relationship. The incumbent will provide oversite on projects to ensure timely completion. Reviewing and approving deviations related to system and equipment failures. Other duties include drafting/revising SOPs and creating maintenance procedures. The Maintenance Supervisor must use judgment within generally defined guidelines to identify problems, craft solutions, and interact with other departments to promote a team-oriented work environment.This is a fulltime role working days; Monday - Friday Catalent is committed to a Patient First culture through excellence in quality and compliance and to the safety of every patient, consumer, and Catalent employee.The Role:

• Oversite of complex maintenance activities and worker order assignment and approval
• Providing effective documentation of preventive maintenance within cGMP guidelines
• Monitor timeliness of work order execution
• Escorting special visitors and serving as SME during audits; complete documentation related to audit observations --
• Recommend facility improvements and providing oversite on CAPEX project to meet OSHA safety, ISPE, or FDA guidelines and improve efficiency
• Provide deviation mentorship, review and approval
• Other duties as assignedThe Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree required (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical preferred); Master's degree, preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant Project Engineering experience
  • 2+ years in a regulated industry (Life Sciences, preferred)
  • OSHA 10 or equivalent, preferred
  • PE/Registered Engineer, preferred
