The department's primary function is to ensure the streamlined operations that align with the site's business of the IT department and organization.--------------A Senior Engineer IT's primary role is to provide system support for applications in a GxP environment while following company policies and regulatory compliance.-- This position will work with a small team to provide technical expertise and guidance for systems at the Bloomington site.-- This position will also be required to--interaction with--IT associates on a local and global level.-- It crucial to understand network connectivity and system integrations with other systems.This is a fulltime role working days; Monday - Friday This role offers a $5,000 sign on bonus Catalent is committed to a Patient First culture through excellence in quality and compliance and to the safety of every patient, consumer, and Catalent employee.The Role:

• Test a variety of enterprise systems and/or hardware
• Implement security, maintenance and support of enterprise systems in accordance to company policy and regulatory compliance
• Document requirements, defines scope, define objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies; Document support incident information in the appropriate helpdesk, project management, and/or change management tracking system
• Write detailed description of user needs, program functions, standard operating procedures and administrative policies required to develop or modify enterprise systems
• Efficient at managing compliant change protocols and applying critical updates as necessary using proper documentation practices used in the pharmaceutical industry
• Create reports for end users to trend and analyze system data
• All other duties as assignedThe Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree, required
  • Master's degree or higher, preferred
  • 5 - 8 years' relevant experience
  • Prior experience in a GXP environment, preferred
  • Experience creating reports (Microsoft SQL Reporting Services, preferred)
