Indianapolis Device Manufacturing (IDM) is responsible for the
development, commercialization, manufacture, and global technical
stewardship of delivery devices used to administer many of the
therapeutics in Lilly's portfolio. This includes the delivery of
equipment to support device manufacturing. This role is an asset
delivery project manager supporting local and/or major capital
projects across the Global Lilly Device Network. Responsibilities:
Health, Safety and Environmental - The Project Manager is
accountable for the safety of the Project Team and those who are
involved with asset delivery. This includes but not limited to
Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) plans, metrics, driving an
HSE mindset into the project team and being a leading example for
HSE Project Cost and Schedule - The Project Manager is accountable
for developing the budget and schedule of the project which
includes creating cost estimates, scenario building, cash flow
projections, drive the funding process, driving schedule creation
from level 0 thru level 4, having the proper controls in place,
analyzing the costs and critical path to reduce cost and time,
building a risk profile to understand and articulate impacts to
cost and schedule and remediating the risks Project Quality - The
Project Manager is accountable for the quality of the asset being
delivered. The asset/system must function according to the User
Requirements (URs) and must be reliable Project Execution and
Governance - The Project Manager will be required to create and
implement a communications plan, resource tracking,
weekly/monthly/quarterly project metrics, presentations, etc.

The Project Manager will be required to advance the IDM Device
Realization Process (DRP) via improvement activities either in
conjunction with assigned projects or as standalone assignments
Basic Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field (Engineering
degree preferred). Additional Skills/Preferences: 3 years
experience in capital project management, procurement, construction
scheduling, and/or GMP experience Demonstrated leadership
capability and good interpersonal skills Ability to coach and
mentor Understanding of GMP and ISO requirements relative to drug
delivery systems Additional Information: 10% or greater travel

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $64,500 -
$167,200 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a
company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual
performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit
