Job Description:

We are seeking an Energy Efficiency Specialist to support our client’s incentive program. This role serves as a key liaison between our organization and residential contractors (Trade Allies), ensuring effective collaboration and performance toward shared energy efficiency goals. This role requires the ability to understand and evaluate home energy use, recommend performance improvements, and guide stakeholders through program processes to enhance energy savings, comfort, and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) or high school diploma/GED and 3–5 years of relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience using hand tools and home performance diagnostic equipment. Ability to diagnose HVAC systems using digital gauges. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs., climb a 6-ft ladder, bend, and perform light fieldwork as needed. Certifications such as BPI Building Analyst , RESNET , or equivalent
