Job Description Job Description Join our team! We’re looking for
a hands-on Wireless Technician to install, maintain, and
troubleshoot wireless systems—from rooftop macro sites to small
cells and DAS. Travel across Indianapolis and surrounding areas
while working with cutting-edge telecom technology in a fast-paced,
team-oriented environment. Schedule: Typical field hours; may
include early starts, overtime, or occasional weekends Location:
Indianapolis, IN (Regional travel 60–80%) What You’ll Do: Install &
maintain coax/fiber, antennas, racks, and remote units Read
blueprints & plan cable/equipment routes Test systems with spectrum
analyzers, OTDRs, and fusion splicers Perform PIM testing, cable
sweeps, and system upgrades Work safely at heights using lifts,
bucket trucks, and ladders Support engineers & project managers to
keep projects on track What We’re Looking For: High school diploma
or GED 1 year of field installation experience (wireless preferred)
Comfortable reading blueprints and using hand/power tools
Experience with fiber splicing, coax installation, and testing
equipment Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all
conditions Valid driver’s license Why This Role: Consistent,
