Job Description Job Description Job Title: Tool and Die Technician Job Description We are seeking skilled Tool and Die Repair Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tool and die repair, a strong experience in high-precision work, and the ability to maintain tight tolerances. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and performance of our stamping operations. Responsibilities Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair dies to maintain production quality and efficiency. Work with high-speed stamping equipment and manual machines. Ensure tools and dies meet precision standards and tight tolerances. Perform preventative maintenance and adjustments on dies and tooling. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and resolve tooling issues. Maintain accurate records of repairs and modifications. Please note that this is a non-climate controlled setting. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Kokomo, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $79040.00/yr.
