Our success is reflected in our reputation among academic peers, our career placement statistics, and the accomplishments of more than 117,000 living alumni around the globe.Job Summary In collaboration with the Program Chair and Director, develops, designs, and executes the overall student recruitment strategy for the 3/2 MBA and MS in Accounting with Data Analytics (MSADA) programs within Graduate Accounting Programs (GAP). Meets with prospective students, interviews applicants, and makes admission recommendations/decisions; collaborates and communicates effectively with Program office leadership and team, including Kelley faculty and staff (Undergraduate Program, +Kelley Program, Marketing & Communications, and others), campus entities (other academic units, Office of International Admissions, and others), and other universities; assists in the development and implementation of marketing and recruitment strategies, including highly personalized communications with student prospects throughout the year; plans and leads information sessions, delivers classroom presentations, and presents to other targeted student populations to increase awareness of the graduate accounting programs and the career opportunities available following graduation, including developing and delivering programs that increase diversity of GAP student populations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two years of professional experience.Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent ability to effectively communicate and exchange information with a wide diversity of individuals and groups. Excellent presentation and consensus building skills. Ability to be responsible, a strong team player, and to demonstrate strong work ethic. Decision making skills, with ability to successfully research and resolve complex problems. Demonstrated skill in effective design and delivery of marketing messages. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree. Experience within a higher education and admissions environment. Knowledge of graduate degree business programs and/or career fields and use of customer relationship management software (such as Salesforce) and social media within student recruitment. Working Conditions / Demands Some travel required.
