Job Description Summary: Primary role as a strategic operations leader providing leadership for one or more business lines to deliver value on investment through occupational, non-occupational and health and wellness solutions to strategic customers. Collaborates with leadership team and business partners, including, but not limited to Sr. Advisor SSP, Director Business Development, Director Business Services, Director Fitness and Wellness, Medical Directors, Finance, HR, Marketing and Communications to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with employers, brokers, medical plans & health care coalitions, customize and innovate solutions and drive strategic competitiveness. Builds strategic relationships within OhioHealth to drive results. Creates budgets and forecasts to drive towards financial goals; works with team to develop competitive contracts and diversify revenue streams. Works with managers and teams to ensure operations are delivered cost effectively and efficiently, with high quality and service excellence and in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations. Occupational, non-occupational and health and wellness industry expert that partners with industry HR leaders and may represent OhioHealth Employer Services at a local, state and national level.
