This role main goals are to elevate the HSY brand experience in the key seasonals/core occasions: Easter, Affection, BTS, Halloween and Xmas across the new latam region (25 markets, including Brazil). Define a compelling long-term strategy for the imports/NA portfolio for each core occasion/season, propelling sinergies across the omni-channel (digital, e-commerce, DIY, Home-baking and in-store). Explore and define the brands regional strategy. We are looking for a person with--experience as Brand Manager/Marketing Manager,--in the particular role of seasonality / innovation planning and setup, general-market analysis , strategy & brand equity work and experience on lead the action plans. With ability to communicate in English, Spanish and Portuguese, oral and written. Education BS/BA in Marketing or equivalent. MBA desirable. Do you identify yourself with this great challenge?
