Columbus, OH Description This is a Director level role within the Consumer Segmentation & Product Innovation team that will focus on Huntington's mass affluent segment strategy. This team is tasked with finding pockets of customers inside the broader consumer base with significant unmet needs and opportunity for product and service innovation. This involves research and development of new concepts that add value for target customers along with tactical implementation.-- Partnership and dynamic thinking are key aspects of the role. This person will be responsible for ownership over components of the strategy and tactical delivery to hit business targets. This role will own the following: 1. Establish the improvement roadmap for the mass affluent value proposition package with clear points of distinction so that customers get clear value as they bring more parts of their relationship to Huntington 2. Identify and implement experience enhancements across deposit. lending, business banking, and investment solutions that make Huntington better and easier to work with 3. Drive delivery and experience innovation across in-person and digital channels so that customers can clearly see what we offer in a compelling way 4. Flawless execution of the scale up of our dedication relationship branch strategy targeted toward mass affluent and wealth customers 5. Ensure the mass affluent value proposition is well represented well and easy to understand for customers and colleagues (external sites, internal sites, sales collateral, origination tools, etc.) In this role, a few key skills we are searching for include:

• Highly innovative out of the box thinker with a track record for big accomplishments and A+ execution
• Constantly brings a "concept valuation" lens to the table
• Understands how things work in the real world, and has hands on experience with customers
• Passionate about product research and innovation
• Deep product expertise across deposits, lending, business banking, and investment product solutions
• Highly collaborative leadership skills with the ability to get others excited about the vision/mission and creates forward momentum & gets stuff done beyond their individual contributor ship
• Very strong combined leader & individual contributor with the ability to work end to end in business case development (data manipulation, analysis, proforma, simplified presentation)
• Ability to make complex topics seem simple and layout clear options and recommendations for decision makers Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing, product management, or related experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of Banking, Finance, or Investment experience Preferred Qualifications:
    • Progress toward a Charted Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
    • MBA or other Business Relevant Master's Degree
    • Product management experience in financial services
    • Strong knowledge about digital marketing and targeted offers
    • Hands on experience with pricing strategy and concepts of demand elasticity
    • Strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communications skills; written and verbal
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
