Position Summary: ChanceLight is seeking a dynamic leader to join our growing team dedicated to serving special--needs students. Our Program Directors work closely with the Assistant Vice President of--Operations to provide personalized, evidence-based educational services for nontraditional--learners in collaboration with families and public school districts. This is an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the students and families that we serve. The Program Director supervises and provides direction to the administrative, educational--and related services team to ensure successful delivery of quality educational services and Chancelight Schools objectives. Through servant leadership, the Program Director seeks to--meet personal, regional and company goals by building positive, professional and--productive relationships with all team members.

• Supervises the day to day operations of all campus operations and activities of the--school including all staff and school schedules.
• Develops and coordinates educational programs through meetings with staff, review--of teachers' activities and issuance of directives.
• Develops positive and professional relationships with key school district--personnel to market the educational services of their school in order to retain and--expand our contracts.
• Works with the AVP of Operations to develop marketing plans to ensure the success--of Spectrum Schools and Educational programs.
• Participates in IEP meetings.
• Assists in behavioral interventions and reviews.
• Develops and maintains relationships with parents, guardians, and student--representatives. Ability to build relationships with families and staff to foster a dynamic environment where play and discovery go hand-in-hand. Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior managerial experience in a school setting. An aptitude for creating a warm and benevolent team culture. Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflict. Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly. Skills in working with students with diverse needs. Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role. Preferred Classroom teaching experience in an early childhood facility preferred.
