generation of leaders. --- Job Overview: The VP, Financial Planning
and Analysis (FP&A) reports to the Chief Financial Officer and
is responsible for leading the process of setting business targets
and coordinating the budget and forecasting processes. This role
monitors business performance, advises on the financial
consequences of major decisions and leads the process of reporting
financial and managerial data. The VP, FP&A makes
recommendations targeted at improving and safeguarding financial
results. Works with leadership to develop financial goals &
objectives, understanding strategic alignment and expected growth
rates, along with financial targets across the organization.. This
role collaborates with operational leaders to identify and quantify
strategic opportunities and risks from a financial perspective;
provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial
performance and business opportunities.-- Responsibilities and
Duties : Communicate the mission, vision, and values; set and
communicate the strategy for delivering these within the FP&A
function; inspire a diverse global workforce. Remove obstacles for
their team. Develop a global FP&A strategy that is aligned with
the overall strategy. Lead strategic risk modeling and scenario
planning for business-critical decisions to support business
strategy and to identify and mitigate risk in line with the risk
appetite. Advise on strategic modeling of risk scenarios to comply
with the risk appetite. Provide specialist advice to the leadership
team to guide the implementation of policy and the design and
implementation of projects and change initiatives. Identify and
manage stakeholders, finding out their needs/issues/concerns and
reacting by leading and coordinating the development of stakeholder
engagement plans to support the communication of business
information and decisions. Represent the organization in external
relations with investors, analysts, shareholders, and the public.
Ensure the FP&A strategy is implemented with a focus on
enterprise alignment and integration. Develop a diverse pipeline of
talent. Ensure the right leaders are in the right roles. Applies
knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the
organization's goals. For example, ensures that the team
understands and discusses relevant industry changes. Gives strong
messages about how people's efforts make a difference to the
broader organization. Anticipates and balances the needs of
multiple stakeholders.-- Maneuvers comfortably through complex
policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics. For
example, appreciates the main elements of the organizational
culture and politics; gives others advice on how to operate
effectively. Brings initiatives to the attention of those who can
act as champions and advocates. Makes sense of complex, high
quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively
solve problems. For example, sees the systematic elements of
issues' the major connections, linkages, and interdependencies.
Ensures the organization has reliable ways to gather needed
information. Interprets and applies key financial indicators to
make better business decisions. For example, uses sophisticated
analysis and modeling to determine the returns and risks associated
with investments; consistently makes wise choices in this area.
Creates systems to gain a clear and accurate picture of
organizational performance. Knows the most effective and efficient
processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous
improvement. For example, emphasizes continuous improvement and
quality outcomes across the organization and with external
partners. Facilitates organization-wide adoption of best practices
and lessons learned. Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments
aligned with organizational goals. For example, stays focused on
plans and improvises in response to changes, including risks and
contingencies. Aligns own team's work with other workgroups'. Looks
ahead to determine and obtain needed resources to complete plans.
Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet
shared objectives.-- Gains the confidence and trust of others
through honesty, integrity, and authenticity. For example, builds a

Minimum Qualifications: Education level: Bachelor's degree in
finance, business administration, accounting, or related
discipline. CPA required 10+ years' total experience in finance and
accounting 7+ years' experience in a management role in finance and
