Industrial Manager


Direct responsibility for supervision of Direct Support Professionals and Production Associates and contract labor including service delivery, hiring, training, performance monitoring and evaluation.

Review and monitor performance of all Production staff to maintain the highest performance levels possible.

Supervise, guide, direct, and manage products, machinery and other resources in Work Services Program.

Maintain all necessary records for the Work Services Program as specified by ISO Quality Management System and Wage and Hour regulations including maintaining all necessary records.

Maintain fiscal accountability in all record-keeping, billing, budgeting, and be responsible for revenue goals.

Ensure acceptable quality control standards are maintained and maintain customer relations.

Maintain a complete inventory of all equipment, supplies, and raw materials.

Complete Modapts and time studies as needed and set up job in accordance.

Conduct prevailing wage survey for Clark County annually and adjust bid prices as needed per new prevailing wage.

Complete application for Wage and Hour Certification bi-annually.

Implement approved policies, procedures, and practices; assure that all services are in compliance with state and CARF standards.

Responsible for implementation, tracking and reporting of program goal.

Coordinate billing for all services in a timely manner.

Deliver services in accordance with client NOAs while maximizing client budgets.

Serve as a working manager and provide direct care and billing as needed.

Be accessible, flexible and cooperative to the various customer groups and their families.

Maintain confidentiality regarding all consumer, personnel, and matters of NHS needs.

Be willing to respond, when off duty, for emergency needs of clients and staff.

Computer Skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Must possess a valid state driver's license, proof of insurance coverage per company policy, and have a vehicle that is reliable


High School Diploma or equivalent required

2-3 years supervisory experience in Production/Manufacturing required

Knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems preferred
