Being part of the Columbus Auto Group team, our service managers have a very unique opportunity to be problem solvers for not only customers, but they work hand in hand with our service techs. This position is where you can really take ownership and grow as much as you want. We are Looking for a professional manager ready to take our operation to the next level. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of our service department managing production, handling warranty, dealing with customer concerns and working with employees to deliver an exceptional customer experience.Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures customers are receiving prompt service.
• Manages a team of advisors and technicians.
• Controls expenses for the Department
• Manages the Department's payroll
• Forecasts shop goals and objectives
• Develops and maintain lane processes
• Works with other Department Managers to ensure dealership goals are met
• Maintains a profitable department
• Ensures customer satisfaction scores are acceptable
• Follows manufacturer guidelines
