Are you looking for a great job with advancement potential? We have an immediate opening for a -Production Manager, with a background in the wire harness industry. Qualtronics is a fast-growing custom wire harness design and low-production, high-quality manufacturing facility in beautiful Columbus, Indiana.

Responsibilities:
--- Train, coach, guide, and mentor employees and hold them accountable for meeting daily production and quality goals
--- Develop and champion processes and practices to improve efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery
--- Direct processes where teams and individual performance are recognized
--- Manage 75-100 employees with 5-6 direct reports

Qualifications:
--- Eagerness to manage an expanding production facility
--- A desire to advance personally and professionally
--- Ability to mentor, train and grow employees and technicians
--- Exceptional knowledge of the wire harness processes and procedures
--- Ability to prioritize multiple projects with shifting priorities and moving deadlines
--- Ability to manage strategic and tactical issues by being hands-on
