Are you a current FOH manager, Assistant GM or GM that's looking for a new role in hospitality? Then this role could be the role for you! The Endeavor Hospitality Group is looking for the right person to be the Director of Front of House Operations.
Role Overview
As the Director of Front of House Operations, you will be overseeing Endeavor Hospitality Group (EHG) FOH operations across all nine (9) current locations. This role will work with each in-house general manager and the senior leadership team to help each location is run smoothly and evolve in all necessary areas throughout the day, week, month, and year. This role will mainly work evening and weekend hours to facilitate oversight during the high traffic periods throughout the organization.
Role Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for:
Daily, weekly and monthly communications to each location team, human resources, accounting, and senior leadership.
Working with each location GM and senior leadership to create processes and implement solutions that improve overall FOH operations at all locations (this will differ by location and is not a one-size-fits-all approach)
Acting as resources for any FOH team that is short staffed and assist with an in-house hands-on approach when needed.
Coordinating with senior leadership to grow each team through interviewing, hiring, training, and managing the teams.
Oversight of scheduling for all locations, coordinating with location General Managers to ensure adequate staffing is available for all shifts.

Required Skills
5 years working in hospitality in a leadership role (required)
Possess strong communication and leadership skills (required)
Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with a wide range of personalities
Must be available to work evenings and weekends
Experience with using POS systems and scheduling software
Patience. This role interacts with many different people, from many different backgrounds.
Well organized and capable of efficient time management
