(2022).Job SummaryThe Director of Recruitment is an integral member
of the Kelley Undergraduate Admission team. Responsibilities are of
a professional nature, including evaluating student records and
interpreting sensitive data. Department-Specific
Responsibilities
- Provides leadership for the Kelley Undergraduate Program
Recruitment team.
- Develops and executes a recruitment strategy necessary to build
a new class of Kelley students.
- Coordinates Kelley Direct Admit Day; this one of the marquee
events for the Kelley School as we welcome over 3,000 students and
their guests to campus to create opportunities for connect and
highlight key aspects of the school.
- Manages direct and indirect communication with students who
will pursue Kelley standard admission.
- Responsible for the creation of a strategic communication plan,
implementation, and outcomes assessment for various pathways to
Kelley admission.
- Contributes to Undergraduate Program -s strategic plan to
increase enrollment of target population students in the Kelley
School of Business.
- Oversight and creation of innovative admission events.
- Disseminates decisions and manage inquiries and disputes of
admission decisions with various constituencies.General
Responsibilities
- Provides day-to-day operational management of admissions and
recruitment staff.
- Establishes short-term operational objectives.
- Identifies operational issues and/or areas of improvement and
implements solutions to improve processes and/or operational
efficiency.
- Analyzes, monitors, and evaluates performance of assigned
staff; establishes work priorities, conducts performance reviews,
and provides corrective action as needed.
- Ensures adequate staffing and effective scheduling;
participates and informs employment decisions for assigned
staff.
- Provides direct supervision and oversight of assigned staff and
activities; impacts, and is held accountable for, the performance
of team and/or assigned staff.
- Ensures and provides training to assigned staff to improve
admissions and recruitment operations; researches and identifies
development opportunities for assigned staff.
- Researches and stays up-to-date on new industry admissions and
recruitment standards, best practices, and emerging technology;
keeps next-level leader(s) informed of trends as well as
significant problems.QualificationsCombinations of related

- Bachelor's degree in business, public policy, or related

communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office
