Description: Speech Language Pathologist Hospital Outpatient PRNJoin our team in Greencastle, IN at Putnam County Hospital. This is a PRN Speech Language Pathologist position with flexible scheduling variable on patient caseload. Patient caseload would consist of a mix of inpatient and outpatient, adult and geriatric populationsCandidates will be required to have a minimum one (1) year of adult and geriatric outpatient clinical experience and a Certificate of Clinical Competence.Experience Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year geriatric outpatient clinical experience
• Certificate of Clinical CompetencePosition Responsibilities:
  • Perform evaluations and develop initial and interim treatment and discharge plans delivering quality speech therapy services according to treatment plans for patients
  • Documenting progress toward identified objectives
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation with EMR
  • Conducting patient and family education
  • Delivering quality physical therapy services for patients and caregivers

      • Degree from an accredited school approved by CAA
      • Current state licensure
      • Minimum two (2) year geriatric outpatient clinical experience
