You will partner with the Director of Nursing andExecutive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.*Requirements** Registered Nurse in the state seeking employment* Comfortable working independently with the population when needed* Compliance with MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) program protocols* COVID -19 Vaccination / approved exemption status*Responsibilities: ** Schedule appointments necessary for psychological testing, doctor's appointments, dental, and eye doctor appointments.* Maintain and keep updated all medical records and documentation pertaining to the clients.* Assist as needed in transport of clients to necessary appointments.* Maintain contact with community medical personnel.* Responsible for medical charts for non-prescribed and prescription medication.* Assist DON in purchasing medical supplies.* Monitor all detoxification clients and initiate appropriate medical response to detoxification symptoms.*Benefits: ** 18 days PTO (Paid Time Off)* 401k with company match* Company sponsored ongoing training and certification opportunities.* Full comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability and accident insurance.* Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery Loan Repayment Program (STAR LRP)*Join our team.
