This Physiatry opportunity in Indiana is a chance to get in at the ground floor and spearhead this location as a medical director while managing and treating patients with disabilities and leading the care team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the facility to ensure that all safety and quality standards are met
Work closely with all members of the care team to ensure patient satisfaction
Manage patients' individualized treatment plans with input from the care team and family members
Provide rehabilitative services as needed
Monitor patient outcomes, including pain relief and return to work or school
