Job DetailsThis facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.Details & requirements for this opportunity:Schedule: Monday-Thursday, August 9 start for 2-3 months with option to extendPatients per Day/Volume: 15-20Types of Cases: Fillings, Extractions, dentures, crowns, anterior and bicuspid endodontic therapyElectronic Medical Record- Open Dental2 Dental Assistant's, 1 Dental HygienistsActive Indiana license, Drug Enforcement Administration certification (DEA), and Basic Life Support(BLS) is requiredBenefitsStaff Care typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
