  • Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care--- -
  • Obtain vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings--- -
  • Aid with daily living activities (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care) --- -
  • Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status--- -To qualify for a---Home Health Aide---with us:--- - -
    • One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience -
    • Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, preferred -
    • Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition -
