Job Description:
Interim Executive Director ABOUT THE JOB We're looking for an
Executive Director (ED) for Memory Care community in Indiana. The
Executive Director (ED) w ill be responsible for the overall
financial and clinical operations of an assisted living. You will
manage, supervise, and coordinate all departments to ensure quality
care, regulatory compliance and financial performance.
QUALIFICATIONS --- M ust be a seasoned, Home for the Aged
Administrator (HFAA) or Adult Foster Care Administrator (AFCA) in
Indiana --- P roven leadership skills, including strong
communication skills --- A bility to motivate staff and drive
