Opened in December 2021, the IU Health Bloomington Hospital on the new Indiana University Regional Academic Health Center campus serves Hoosiers close to home in the south-central region. The 557 million dollar facility is designed to improve healthcare in South Central Indiana and help make Indiana one of the healthiest states in the nation.Position Details:

• Shift work; 9 hours at Bloomington Hospital or 12 hours at smaller area hospitals including Bedford, Paoli and Morgan hospitals
• Schedule: Shifts vary month to month; typically 130 hours per month; days, evenings, nights
• Community based care with high acuity
• Procedures performed include endotracheal intubation, chest tube placement, central line placement, and cardioversion
• EM Residency Program coming soon! Academic opportunities will be available with this role for those fellowship trained in Ultrasound.Qualifications:
  • BE/BC in Emergency Medicine required
  • Fellowship Trained in Ultrasound required
