Job Description:
Manage all laboratory resources, including staff, equipment, and
supplies, ensuring safe, high-quality lab services 24/7.
Oversee quality assurance, department budget, staffing, staff
training, and competency development.
Provide leadership, mentorship for lab staff, and oversight for
training lab assistants at hospital and satellite clinics.
Require a BS in Medical Technology or related field, 5+ years lab
experience, and certification (CLS- ASCP, AMT) within a year.
Manage laboratory operations in compliance with regulatory
standards, lead process improvements, and supervise staff
performance.
