Job Description:
Job Title: Sonographer Profession: Sonographer Specialty:
Sonographer Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Wednesday and Friday Hours
per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Required
Certifications: ARDMS certified Must-Have: Experienced in pelvic
and obstetrical ultrasounds. Ability to perform higher level
imaging. Capable of recognizing normal and abnormal anatomy.
Understanding of what may require further imaging. Description: We
are looking for a locum sonographer. The sonographer will work
Wednesdays and Fridays from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST. The role
involves performing ultrasounds that may be sent for further
reading. This includes viability assessments, growth evaluations,
screenings, BPPs, and pelvic ultrasounds. The clinic currently
supports multiple healthcare professionals. Approximately 60
deliveries occur each month. The workplace is recognized by the
Society for Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Current BLS
certification is required.
