Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Profession: Tech Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:30 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years License: KY License or RCIS Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT Must-Have: 2 years of working experience as a Cath Lab Tech. McKesson and Cerner experience preferred. Description: Experience with McKesson and Cerner is required. The position is located on the 3rd floor. The unit consists of 6 beds and has a 1:1 patient ratio in the procedure room, with only one case at a time. The schedule will include 1-2 weekends and call requirements during the 6-week schedule. Call requirements are subject to change based on staffing levels. The ideal candidate should possess detailed orientation and troubleshooting capabilities. Clear and concise communication skills are essential. The ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment is required. Dress code will include hospital-provided scrubs. Unacceptable attire will not be specified. The environment is recognized for providing advanced heart care treatment, including comprehensive 24/7 STEMI care. The facility has achieved multiple medical milestones and is accredited for quality cardiac care. Additional services, including acute inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, are offered within the facility. This position serves as a contractor replacement.
