Job Description HealthTrust Workforce Solution External is seeking a travel nurse RN CVU - Cardiovascular Unit for a travel nursing job in Louisville, Kentucky. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVU - Cardiovascular Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 08/04/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel • Shift: 6:45PM - 7:15AM • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 • Weekend Hours: Every other weekend • Call Requirements: None • Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, KY License • Years of Experience: 2 • Float Requirements: Yes – Any PCU or Med Surg Unit Information: • Number of Beds: 22 • Patient Ratios: 3-5:1 • Equipment: nocturnal BiPAP, High Flow, Wound vacs, chest tubes and drains • EMR: Cerner Hiring Profile: • Must Have Skills/Experience: 2 years of experience, Cardiac GTTS, Telemetry • Preferred Skillset/Experience: Chest Tube experience and Post Op Surgery experience • Type of Patients on Unit: Post Op patients, Cardiac patients and some overflow • Personality Fit: Friendly, team player and motivated
