Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified PCU RN in Terre Haute, Indiana, 47802! Pay Information
$2,074 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse
Profession: RN Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years
License: RN license required Certifications: BLS & ACLS required
Must-Have: Cardiac experience, including drips Description: General
information about the unit includes 12 beds. The unit is staffed
with 3 RNs and 1 PCT on day shifts, and 3 RNs and 1 PCT on night
shifts. Patient ratios are set at 1:4. The equipment used includes
telemetry and EMR systems. Candidates with stroke experience will
be prioritized. Typical procedures performed in the unit are very
few, mainly cardioversions. The ideal candidate should have an
outgoing, energetic, and organized personality. The dress code
requires navy scrubs. Weekends require up to 4 shifts, usually 3.
No required on-call shifts outside of 3, 12-hour shifts. This
position has been created to address specialized skills.
