Contract Length: 13 weeks - Schedule: 5 shifts per week (Monday –
Friday) - Shift Hours: 8-hour days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) - Estimated
Weekly Pay: $1,781 - $1,979 - Openings: 2 Home Health RN positions
available Home Health RN Qualifications - Active Indiana or Compact
Registered Nurse (RN) License (required at time of submission) -
Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health RN experience within the past
3 years (required) - Proficiency with HCHB (Homecare Homebase)
software (required) - Experience with OASIS documentation
(required) - Current BLS certification (required) Home Health Nurse
Responsibilities - Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care
to patients in their homes across the Bedford/Bloomington market -
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop
individualized care plans - Administer skilled nursing
