working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in
Indianapolis, Indiana, 46202! Job Title: Registered Nurse

BCLS Must-Have: - Flexibility with weekend requirements, including
availability to work 50% of weekends according to unit needs. -
Ability to float to different levels of care as needed. -
Willingness to precept students or have students shadow during the
assignment. Description: Position requires a registered nurse
specialized in medical surgical and telemetry care. The nurse will
be responsible for patient care in a cardiovascular surgical
services unit. Patients may include those with conditions such as
arrhythmias, endocarditis, and congestive heart failure
exacerbations. Staffing ratios are 1:5 to 1:6, with a strong
emphasis on teamwork and interdisciplinary support. The nurse may
be required to cover charge nurse responsibilities based on
operational needs. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of
relevant experience and solid skills in starting and maintaining
IVs. Experience in interpreting and managing dysrhythmias is
essential. Call-in shifts may be required to be made up during the
pay period. Adherence to all floating requirements is expected,
with resources available for support. The position emphasizes
