We are seeking a Wound Care Physician Assistant for a locum tenens assignment in Indiana, starting Dec 22, 2025. This opportunity involves one patient visit per week, with flexibility for additional visits, and an assignment length of 1 day. The provider will work independently, delivering advanced wound care in the patient's home with a flexible weekday schedule. Job Details - Location: Indiana - Start Date: Dec 22, 2025 - LOA: 1 day - Provider Type Needed: Wound Care Physician Assistant - Schedule: Flexible weekday; 1-2 patient visits per week, based on provider availability Responsibilities and Duties - Deliver advanced wound care to patients with wounds unhealed for over 30 days - Use amniotic membrane grafts as the primary treatment modality - Perform initial patient assessment and order synthetic skin or skin grafts as needed - Conduct wound debridement and rewrapping procedures - Operate autonomously and adhere to established care plans in the home setting - Travel to the patient's residence to provide clinical care Additional Information - Indiana Physician Assistant license and Wound Care board certification required - Advanced wound care experience preferred - Must be confident operating solo and following established care plans Benefits - Strong compensation - Travel-related expenses covered - A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided - Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
