Transplant Cardiology - Physician Opportunity We are looking for an
Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiologist to join our
organization, focusing on the management of patients with severe
heart conditions, mechanical circulatory support, and cardiac
transplantation. This role involves executing specialized
procedures, conducting inpatient rounds, and participating in
multidisciplinary clinical initiatives and research projects.
Candidates should possess board certification or eligibility, have
completed fellowship training, and ideally have over five years of
relevant experience. A faculty position is available through the
medical school associated with our organization. Our organization’s
Division of Cardiology , in partnership with the medical school ,
is on the lookout for a dedicated Advanced Heart Failure &
Transplant Cardiologist to work alongside our expert teams.
Position Overview: Engage in the treatment of patients experiencing
Advanced Heart Failure, Cardiogenic Shock, Mechanical Circulatory
Support (including ECMO), Cardiac Transplantation, Pulmonary
Hypertension, and Cardio-Oncology. Opportunity to perform advanced
procedures related to heart failure, such as Hemodynamic
catheterization, Endomyocardial Biopsies, CardioMems device
placements, and Cardiopulmonary Exercise testing. Willingness to
participate in inpatient rounds and be part of the on-call rotation
is essential. Chance to expand multidisciplinary clinical programs,
engage in research, and secure programmatic funding. Faculty
appointment with the medical school, with clinical rank based on
experience. Qualifications: Must be American Board Certified or
Board Eligible. Completion of fellowship training is required.
Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
