Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established standards and practices Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor for any side effects Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatments and care plans Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes Ensure patient safety and compliance with healthcare regulations Participate in professional development and continuing education opportunities Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic health record systems Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
