Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding
opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to
provide essential support in a school setting. This position
involves working closely with students to enhance their daily
functional skills, fostering independence, and promoting positive
educational outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive
evaluations to assess students abilities and needs. Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student.
Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to
support student progress. Utilize therapeutic techniques to improve
fine motor skills, coordination, sensory processing, and self-care
abilities. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in
compliance with school policies. Participate in team meetings and
contribute to the development of individualized education programs
(IEPs). Travel between assigned schools within the region as
required. Desired Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy
license and credentials. Experience working within a school
environment preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
Ability to adapt therapy approaches to diverse student needs.
Willingness to travel between school sites. Location: Fishers, IN
