Description: This position involves providing care in an acute rehab and post-acute setting. The unit has 24 beds with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:6-8. The role requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
